WHY JUNTO?

Junto, pronounced with a \"J\" sound is a play off the word \"together\" in Spanish which is spelled the same way, but pronounced with an \"H\" sound. My experience in ministry as a pastor, and my time working in a college setting as a student coordinator and professor have inspired this podcast as means of encouragement through the simplicity of conversation.

My adult career has been spent, in one form or another, in engaging with people and if there is anything I have learned, it's that life is better, when we do it together. The Junto Podcast was created with this idea in mind to empower and motivate people through means of leadership, faith, and having a community mindset. While topics may vary from episode to episode, the conversations will always come back to our main ideals of how can I apply this topic to enable me to become a better leader and how can I inspire others to engage in this open and honest dialogue. I hope that you find these episodes enlightening, entertaining, and honest and that they inspire you to join the conversation. Life is truly better, when we do it together.
