📖In his book, The Seven Frequencies of Communication, Erwin McManus shares those frequencies and illustrates how learning our frequency can make us more effective, on all fronts.  This frequency deals with not only how we communicate with others, but also the frequencies we like to receive. This short introduction sets us up beging the dialogue on the frequencies listed in McManus’s book.

Episode 94: Talking EQ/EI (Emotional Intelligence)

‼️Talking all things EQ from a generational standpoint.  
While studies show that older generations show greater degrees of resiliency and independence, there is the potential for individuals of any age to exhibit emotional immaturity, even the Gen X’rs.
 In terms of mental health, the younger generations suffer with greater degrees of anxiety and depression but are also more open to seeking help.

Episode 88: Largest P*rn Site Scandal: The Inside Scoop About The Hub

‼️In 2020, at the height of the pandemic, *rn hub solidified it’s monoploy in the adult industry through a series of on-line websites that at the time, received more visits than #Neflix, #Amazon Prime, and other major streaming platforms…often times combined.
 
More troubling however, is the fact that only 33 content moderators were employed to sift through the thousands, possibly millions of user uploaded videos that contained, in many cases, very real instances of rape, child pornography, and other types of sexual exploits.  Further, the company masqueraded as a charitable organization supporting numerous causes in an effort to downplay their role in the sexual exploitation of others with little to no accountability.
In this episode we look at the important work being done by @lailamickelwait, author of “Take Down, Inside The Fight To Shut Down *rnHub” and Christian organization @axisconversations , whose focus is to connect parents with resources to better enable them to connect with teens.
Realistically, believers can struggle with *orn use as much as other demographics and our hope is that this conversation can add a new perspective into the inner workings of this industry and that this conversation could be a catalyst for those seeking to break the bondage of use.
